This is an energy juice made with sweet-and-sour fruits and fresh spinach. It’s recommended to drink this juice before exercise.


INGREDIENTS

Green grape150 g, Green apple150 g, Gold kiwi150 g, Spinach30 g, Lime juice20 ml, Water210 ml

TIPYou can replace lime extract with lime or lemon and lemon juice.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the green apples. Peel and cut the gold kiwis.
  2. Remove all the green grapes from the branches. Wash and cut the spinach.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
