INGREDIENTS

Kale35 g, Cucumber150 g, Aronia100 g, Pear150 g, Spinach35 g, Lemon juice30 ml, Water210 ml

TIPIf raw aronia berries are not available, thaw frozen aronia berries slightly and blend.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the pears. Peel and cut the cucumbers.
  2. Wash and cut the kale and spinach.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
