INGREDIENTS

Fig 300g, Apple 200g, Cashew nuts 30g, Almond milk 180ml

TIP Apple has many nutrients in its peels. Remove only the seeds and blend them as a whole with the vacuum blender.

METHOD

  1. Wash the figs and cut.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
