Spinach 160g, Carrot 160g, Yellow Bell Pepper 160g, Red Bell Pepper 160g, Mulberry 160g, Wheat Flour 280g, Potato 30g, Anchovies for Broth 10g, Kelp 5g
TIP You can use any vegetables in your fridge.
METHOD
- Wash each vegetable (spinach, carrot, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper) clean, slice properly, and blend.
- Pour 1.5 cups of wheat flour into each bowl for different colors.
- Pour each extract into the wheat flour, knead, and age for a day.
- To make broth, boil water with anchovies and kelp and add potatoes.
- Once the broth starts to boil, tear the dough by hand into pieces and put in the pot.
- Bring to a rolling boil.
