INGREDIENTS
Lemon200 g, Ginger2 g, Water100 ml, Syrup150 g
TIPMake sorbet for 4 people at once and keep them in the fridge to eat later.
METHOD
- Wash lemons in water and peel them completely.
- Set aside yellow peels while removing white peels completely.
- Blend lemons, yellow peels, water and syrup together.
- Pour your mix into freezer containers and freeze for 5 hours. Every 1-2 hours, stir it with a fork.
