Enjoy your afternoon with the moist, Greek yogurt pancake topped with refreshing Greek yogurt!

  • Greek Yogurt (50g)
  • Pancake Mix (200g)
  • Milk (150ml)
  • Maple Syrup (150ml)

1 Wash the fruits with running water and remove the stem or peel them.
2 Put the Greek yogurt, strawberries/bananas, milk and ice in a mixer for mixing.
3 When the Strawberry/Banana Lassi is ready, pour it in a nice glass and decorate it with a slice of strawberry.
