Fill soft cupcakes with the flavor and smell of Greek yogurt! You will enjoy baking more.

  • Greek Yogurt (100g), Cake Flour (120g)
  • Baking Powder (5g), Almond Powder (30g)
  • Butter (100g), Egg (mid) (70g)
  • Sugar Raisin(or berries) (80g)
  • Vanilla Essence(not necessary) (15g)

1 Sieve all powder ingredients (cake fl our, baking powder and almond powder).
2 Leave the butter at room temperature to soften it up. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to make it into a whip cream.
3 When the butter is softened, start whipping by adding sugar in 4 splits and add a drop of vanilla essence.
4 Add the egg kept at room temperature little by little, so that it does not separate from the butter and continue whipping.
5 The halves of sieved powder and Greek yogurt are poured. Use a rubber spatula to stir as if cutting until you cannot see the powder.
6 Stir in the same way with the remaining powder and Greek yogurt.
7 Pour the cupcake batter in a mold to reach half the mold and add raisin or berries.
8 Bake it for around 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C.
