Celery 80g, Kale 100g, Broccoli 100g, Apple 150g, Milk 50g
TIP Remove the hard parts of the broccoli stem before blending.
METHOD
- Wash the celery, kale, and broccoli clean and slice them properly.
- Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
- Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
