INGREDIENTS
Parsley30 g, Kale20 g, Apple300 g, Celery80 g, Pineapple60 g
TIPIf you put in too many green vegetables, it may taste too strong; add sweet fruit to adjust the taste.
METHOD
- 1. Wash the parsley, kale, and celery clean and slice them properly.
- 2. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Peel and core the pineapple and slice into proper sizes.
- 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
