Romaine lettuce 100g, Watermelon 550g, Lemon 50g
TIP You don’t need to put in water when blending watermelon.The tip for a cooler smoothie is to blend frozen bananas.
METHOD
- Chop the romaine lettuce leaves.
- Peel and cut the watermelon in half and into small pieces. Remove the seeds.
- Peel and remove the seeds of the lemons.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
