INGREDIENTS

Iced persimmon300 g, Carrot100 g, Water300 ml

TIPControl the amount of water depending on how many iced persimmons you use and your preference.

METHOD

  1. Let iced persimmons thaw outside and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut carrots into 3 cm.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

When you use home-made iced persimmons, remove the white powder around the stems. Around the stems, there is a high content of tannin that causes constipation.
