INGREDIENTS

Kale50 g, Orange150 g, Pineapple200 g, Blueberry100 g, Chia seed2 g, Water200 ml

TIPYou can replace water with coconut water, coconut milk or soy milk to make more a tasty and nutritional smoothie.

METHOD

  1. Wash and cut the kale.
  2. Peel the oranges and pineapple. Remove the core of the pineapple and cut both of them.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
