INGREDIENTS
Kale 50g, Orange 150g, Pineapple 200g, Blueberry 100g, Chia seed 2g, Water 200ml
TIP You can replace water with coconut water, coconut milk or soy milk to make more a tasty and nutritional smoothie.
METHOD
- Wash and cut the kale.
- Peel the oranges and pineapple. Remove the core of the pineapple and cut both of them.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
