Mango200 g, Banana150 g, Coconut Water150 g, Ginger5 g
TIPFreeze peeled bananas for later use. If it is difficult to get fresh mangoes, use frozen ones. You can also substitute milk or soy milk for coconut water.
METHOD
- 1. Peel and pit the mango and slice it properly.
- 2. Peel the banana and ginger.
