Melon250 g, Kale50 g, Apple200 g, Milk210 ml

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the melon. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  2. Wash and cut the kale.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
