INGREDIENTS
Cucumber150 g, Pak Choi50 g, Frozen Apple150 g, Kale30 g, Romaine lettuce40 g, Parsley30 g, Lemon30 g, Almond20 g
TIPCucumbers have their own unique strong smell. Use cucumbers after removing the tough skin and spines to make milder juice.
METHOD
- 1. Thaw the frozen apple.
- 2. Remove the stem and spines of the cucumber and peel the lemon.
- 3. Wash the pak choi, kale, romaine lettuce, and parsley clean and slice them properly.
- 4. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
