INGREDIENTS
Cashew nuts100 g, Brazil nuts50 g, Macadamia50 g, Hazelnut50 g, Nutmega little, Maca powdera little, Salta little, Water450 ml
TIPSoak non-fried or non-baked nuts in water before using in the vegan milk recipes.
METHOD
- Turn the dial button right and blend all the ingredients finely enough.
- Wrap the mix with a cotton or ramie cloth and press and drain the water to make perfectly smooth nut milk.
NUTRITION
Nuts look similar, but contain different nutrients: iron in cashews, selenium in brazil nuts, unsaturated fatty acids in macadamias.
