TIPEven children who are not used to vegetable tastes can easily drink it. The subtle flavor of pak choi is well-balanced with any fruit. If you want to make a cooler juice, blend frozen fruit or cold fruit juice.
METHOD
- Wash the pak chois and spinach. Cut their leaves and stems.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the bell peppers and cut.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Remove the stems of the tomatoes and cut both of them.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
