Pistachio 40g, Frozen Bananas 200g, Milk 100g, Spinach 30g, Frozen Orange 100g
TIP Peel and freeze bananas for later use. Adjust the amount of milk according to taste.
METHOD
- Thaw the frozen banana (peeled and sliced properly).
- Thaw the frozen orange (peeled).
- Wash the spinach clean and slice it properly.
- Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
