INGREDIENTS

Greek yogurt150 g, Tofu100 g, Raspberry50 g, Pineapple100 g, Walnut50 g, Milk200 ml, Ice50 g

TIPInstead of raspberry, you can use other fruits like strawberry, blueberry or kiwi.

METHOD

  1. Cut tofu into 3 parts.
  2. Put greek yogurt, tofu, raspberry, pineapple, milk and ice in the container and blend together.
  3. Now, pour the beautifully made smoothie in a glass and add walnut as a topping.

Raspberry is rich in water soluble fiber for a lower cholesterol level and also omega 3 fatty acids for heart health.
