INGREDIENTS
Salmon50 g, Sweet potato50 g, Broccoli10 g, Carrot10 g, Rice20 g, Water250 ml
TIPInstead of salmon, you can use cod or frozen Pollack. All the pin bones must be completely removed before cooking.
METHOD
- Remove all the pin bones of the salmon and prepare the salmon fillet.
- Peel the sweet potatoes, broccoli and carrots and cut.
- Soak the rice in water.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour the mix in a pot and stir and boil it for 20 min.
