This sedum smoothie is helpful for high antioxidant capacity and a strong immune system.
INGREDIENTS
Sedum (stonecrop)75 g, Cabbage75 g, Apple150 g, Kiwi150 g, Water260 ml
TIPIf you can’t eat raw cabbage, steam them slightly in the microwave. Apple has many nutrients in its peels. Remove only the seeds and blend them as a whole with the vacuum blender.
METHOD
- Wash the sedum (or stonecrop) in water and drain.
- Peel the kiwis. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Wash and remove the cores of the cabbage and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones and powder.
