INGREDIENTS
Silken tofu50 g, Enoki mushroom10 g, Cabbage10 g, Cooled rice50 g, Water200 ml
TIPYou can replace silken tofu with blanched tofu or raw food tofu.
METHOD
- Cut off and discard the roots of enoki mushrooms and clean them. Steam or blanch cabbage to make the flavor milder.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
