This raw-food chocolate chip cookie stays soft and fluffy with honey added.
INGREDIENTS
Cashew nuts 250g, Honey 20g, Chocolate 80g
TIP Use the pusher after removing the vacuum cover, vacuum module. Instead of cashew nuts, macadamia or walnut goes well with chocolates.
METHOD
- Put the prepared cashew nuts in a container.
- Turn the dial to start blending at low speed, and when the material starts blending to some degree, turn the dial a little bit further.
- The materials that come up to the wall of the container are pressed with a pusher and blending.
- Add honey and blend again.
- Add the finely ground chocolates to the dough and cut out cookie shapes.
