This raw-food chocolate chip cookie stays soft and fluffy with honey added.
INGREDIENTS
Cashew nuts250 g, Honey20 g, Chocolate80 g
TIPUse the pusher after removing the vacuum cover, vacuum module. Instead of cashew nuts, macadamia or walnut goes well with chocolates.
METHOD
- Put the prepared cashew nuts in a container.
- Turn the dial to start blending at low speed, and when the material starts blending to some degree, turn the dial a little bit further.

- Add honey and blend again.
