INGREDIENTS

Chickpeas (boiled ones)400 g, Tahini80 g, Water150 ml, Dried red pepper5 g, Garlic180 g, Lemon juice30 g, Salta little

TIPCanned chickpeas need to be rinsed in water and drained before cooking.

METHOD

  1. Soak chickpeas in water for 6 hours and cook them in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Boil 150 ml water. Soak dried chilies in water for 20 minutes and take out the chilies. The water will be used for cooking.
  3. Put the chickpeas, chili water and all the other ingredients together in the container and blend until you get the right thickness.
