INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas(boiled ones) 400 g, Tahini 80g, Water 150ml, Dried red pepper 5g, Garlic 180g, Lemon juice 30g, Salt a little
TIP Canned chickpeas need to be rinsed in water and drained before cooking.
METHOD
- Soak chickpeas in water for 6 hours and cook them in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
- Boil 150ml water. Soak dried chilies in water for 20 minutes and take out the chilies. The water will be used for cooking.
- Put the chickpeas, chili water and all the other ingredients together in the container and blend until you get the right thickness.
