Spicy Hummus will satisfy the palates of Koreans!


INGREDIENTS

Chickpeas(boiled ones) 400 g, Tahini 80g, Water 150ml, Dried red pepper 5g, Garlic 180g, Lemon juice 30g, Salt a little

TIP Canned chickpeas need to be rinsed in water and drained before cooking.

METHOD

  1. Soak chickpeas in water for 6 hours and cook them in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Boil 150ml water. Soak dried chilies in water for 20 minutes and take out the chilies. The water will be used for cooking.
  3. Put the chickpeas, chili water and all the other ingredients together in the container and blend until you get the right thickness.
