INGREDIENTS

Soy milk 200ml, Olive oil 180g, Lemon juice 30g, Salt a little

TIP If you want to make non-vegan mayonnaise, use yolk, instead of soy milk.

METHOD

  1. Put soy milk, lemon extract, salt and 1/4 of the oil in the container and blend.
  2. During the blending, put the remaining oil 2-3 times; and blend until you get the right thickness. Blend more or less for your preferred texture.

NUTRITION

Bean, the source of soy milk, is high in phospholipid (lecithin) that melts excess cholesterol or fat in the body. Lecithin prevents tough skin and ageing.
