INGREDIENTS

Soy milk200 ml, Olive oil180 g, Lemon juice30 g, Salta little

TIPIf you want to make non-vegan mayonnaise, use yolk, instead of soy milk.

METHOD

  1. Put soy milk, lemon extract, salt and 1/4 of the oil in the container and blend.
  2. During the blending, put the remaining oil 2-3 times; and blend until you get the right thickness. Blend more or less for your preferred texture.

NUTRITION

Bean, the source of soy milk, is high in phospholipid (lecithin) that melts excess cholesterol or fat in the body. Lecithin prevents tough skin and ageing.
