TIPIf you sweat a lot, blend without jalapeño seeds. If you are not comfortable with the strong smell of celery, use more stems than leaves.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the carrots, celery, and spinach into proper sizes.
- 2. Peel the beets, ginger, and lime and slice properly.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
