INGREDIENTS
Strawberry150 g, Hallabong (sumo citrus)150 g, Red paprika50 g, Cherry tomato150 g, Milk200 ml
TIPWash the strawberries in running water but don’t keep them in water for more than 30 seconds, or the vitamin C in the strawberry will dissolve in the water. METHOD
- Wash and remove the stems of strawberries. Peel and remove the seeds of the Hallabong (sumo citrus).
- Remove the stems and seeds of the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
