Ginger is one of the most popular super foods of Korea! This strawberry and raw ginseng smoothie is especially helpful for improving the immune system.


INGREDIENTS

Strawberry250 g, Ginseng 250g, Cinnamon powder0.5 g, Milk200 ml

TIPWhen you wash strawberries, rinsing them in water is enough. If you keep them in water for more than 30 seconds, vitamin C in the strawberry dissolves in water. The strawberries need to be stored in a paper box because they are easily damaged in humidity.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems of the strawberries and wash them.
  2. Wash the raw ginseng after being kept in water for 5 minutes to get rid of dirt. Remove the ginseng head and cut them in 3 cm.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones and powder.
