INGREDIENTS
Strawberry300 g, Spinach15 g, Banana150 g, Lemon juice20 ml, Coconut powder15 g, Peppermint oil1 g, Coconut milk200 ml
TIPYou can replace coconut milk with water or ordinary milk.
METHOD
- Cut the strawberries, spinach and bananas.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
NUTRITION
Strawberry contains 80mg vitamin C per 100g, 10 times as much as an apple contains. A daily intake of 6-8 strawberries is enough to meet the daily recommended intake of vitamin C. The strawberry removes metabolism, which leads to less skin trouble; and increases bowel movements to prevent constipation.
