Jerusalem Artichoke50 g, Yacon50 g, Apple20 g, Milk30 g
TIPWash off the dirt on Jerusalem artichokes and yacons by rubbing with a brush under running water.
METHOD
- 1. Remove dirt from the skin of the Jerusalem artichoke and yacon and wash them clean.
- 2. Slice it into 4 slices.
- 3. Slice the apple into proper sizes.
- 4. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
