The cabbage juice is rich in vitamins (A and C), minerals (calcium and iron), fibers and essential amino acids. It is also high in vitamins K and U, which is effective in alleviating ulcers in the stomach and duodenum. With the effects of detoxing and weight loss, the cabbage juice is very popular among women who want a well-shaped body. When boiled or steamed, vitamin U in cabbage is destroyed. So, it’s better to eat uncooked cabbage.
