Sweet persimmon150 g, Spinach150 g, Lemon15 g, Almond60 g, Milk60 g, Honey30 g
TIPSweet persimmon get mushy easily; Seal them in a plastic bag and store them at a low temperature at around 0. You can use other kinds of nuts instead of almonds.
METHOD
- 1. Peel the sweet persimmons and remove the seeds.
- 2. Wash the spinach clean and slice into proper sizes.
- 3. Peel the lemon.
- 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 5. Add honey to the extracted juice.
- 6. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
