INGREDIENTS
Sweet persimmons 420g, Jujube 30g, Lemon 5 g, Cinnnamon Powder 1g
TIP Sweet persimmons get mushy easily; seal them in a plastic bag and store at low temperature (around 0C).
METHOD
- Slice sweet persimmons and jujubes in half and remove seeds.
- Peel the lemon.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Add cinnamon powder to this juice.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
