Sweet persimmons420 g, Jujube30 g, Lemon50 g, Cinnnamon Powder1 g
TIPSweet persimmons get mushy easily; seal them in a plastic bag and store at low temperature (around 0C).
METHOD
- 1. Slice sweet persimmons and jujubes in half and remove seeds.
- 2. Peel the lemon.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Add cinnamon powder to this juice.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
