INGREDIENTS
Steamed Sweet Pumpkin150 g, Frozen Bananas150 g, Milk200 g, Almond25 g, Honey20 g
TIPUse sweet pumpkin with skin on to get more nutrients.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the steamed sweet pumpkin into little pieces.
- 2. Thaw the frozen banana (peeled and sliced properly).
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 4. Add honey to the extracted smoothie.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
