You can make a sweet smoothie with sweet pumpkins!
INGREDIENTS
Steamed Sweet Pumpkin 150 g, Frozen Bananas 150 g, Milk 200g, Almond 25g, Honey 20g
TIP Use sweet pumpkin with skin on to get more nutrients.
METHOD
- Slice the steamed sweet pumpkin into little pieces.
- Thaw the frozen banana (peeled and sliced properly).
- Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- Add honey to the extracted smoothie.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
