METHOD

  1. Chop every ingredient into pieces. - Peel off the sweet pumpkin and remove the seeds. Then chop it into pieces and boil. - Peel off the sweet potato. Then chop it into pieces and boil. - Stir-fry the thinly sliced carrots with cooking oil.
  2. Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
  3. Add salt or pepper, depending on your taste.
