Sweet pumpkin(boiled) 150g, Carrot 30g, Avocado 30g, Sweet potato 30g, Water 360ml, Cinnamon powder 0.5g, Salt & pepper a little

METHOD
- Chop every ingredient into pieces. - Peel off the sweet pumpkin and remove the seeds. Then chop it into pieces and boil. - Peel off the sweet potato. Then chop it into pieces and boil. - Stir-fry the thinly sliced carrots with cooking oil.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
- Add salt or pepper, depending on your taste.
