Strawberries 240 g, Apple240 g, Lime20 g
TIPIt is good to wash strawberries gently with running water; if you put them in water for more than 30 seconds, the vitamin C gets washed out.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth and peel the lime.
- 2. Wash the strawberries clean and drain them.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
