TIPIf you don’t have tomato, you can make gazpacho with another ingredient you can find in the refrigerator. If you make gazpacho with the fruit or juice of green grapes, you will enjoy the sweet, elegant taste of gazpacho.
METHOD
- Chop every ingredient into pieces.*For topping, set aside tomato, red paprika, cucumber, onion and celery in small pieces.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and turn the dial button right to blend. Blend them all together until there are no big chunks.
- If you want a smooth texture, blend a bit longer.
- Put it in the bowl and place the toppings you prepared.
