One of the traditional Greek sauces, Tzatziki goes well with various foods like bread, nacho, crackers, meatballs and vegetable fritters. It can be used as an appetizer as well.
- Greek Yogurt (200g)
- Cucumber (100g)
- Garlic (5g)
- Salt (2g)
- Olive oil (30g)
- Other herbs(basil, parsley, etc.)
1 Remove the cucumber seeds and chop it into small pieces. Mash the garlic.
2 Mix the Greek yogurt with the chopped cucumber, mashed garlic and olive oil. Then, season it with salt.
3 Spray the chopped herb onto the sauce.
