TIPIf you don’t like the bitterness of grapefruit, remove the white peels completely. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the grapefruits.
  2. Cut the leaves and stems of celery.
  3. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut. Don’t peel.
  4. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
