This apricot and apple smoothie is helpful for high antioxidant capacity and anti-aging.
INGREDIENTS
Apricot 200g, Apple 250g, Plain yogurt 100g, Water 160ml
TIP Apple has many nutrients in its peels. Remove only the seeds and blend them as a whole with the vacuum blender.
METHOD
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Remove the seeds of the apricots and cut
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
