INGREDIENTS

Apricot200 g, Apple250 g, Plain yogurt100 g, Water160 ml

TIPApple has many nutrients in its peels. Remove only the seeds and blend them as a whole with the vacuum blender.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  2. Remove the seeds of the apricots and cut
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
