INGREDIENTS

Rice paper50 g, Carrot50 g, Onion50 g, Red paprika50 g, Cucumber50 g, Radish sprouts20 g, Beef brisket300 g, Sesame100 g, Walnut100 g, White wine180 g, Soy sauce120 g, Syrup60 g

TIPIf you want a lighter taste, use chicken or duck meat for your spring rolls.

METHOD

  1. Put the dressing ingredients into the container and blend. Blend more or less for your preferred texture.
  2. Slice carrots, onions, red paprika and cucumbers.
  3. Bake beef brisket on a frying pan.
  4. Dip the rice paper in warm water and then take it out.
  5. Spread it out and put all the sliced veggies and beef brisket on it. Add the dressing sauce on the top.
