It is mango jelly with sweet chewy mango pieces inside!


INGREDIENTS

Mango 350g, Lemon juice 120g, Sugar 80g, Water 150ml, Plate gelatin 30g

TIP If you put some mango pieces inside the jelly, you can enjoy a funny texture. Add sugar and lemon extract, depending on your preference.

METHOD

  1. Soak a pan of gelatin in water.
  2. Peel off and remove seeds of mangos; cut them into pieces.
  3. Blend mangos, lemon extract, sugar and water together.
  4. Pour your mix in the pot. Stir the gelatin in the oven at a low temperature.
  5. When the gelatin is completely melted, turn the light off and pour them into molds slowly.
  6. Put it in the fridge and let it set.

Vitamin C in mangoes removes reactive oxygen species to prevent ageing.
