It is mango jelly with sweet chewy mango pieces inside!
INGREDIENTS
Mango350 g, Lemon juice120 g, Sugar80 g, Water150 ml, Plate gelatin30 g
TIPIf you put some mango pieces inside the jelly, you can enjoy a funny texture. Add sugar and lemon extract, depending on your preference.
METHOD
- Soak a pan of gelatin in water.
- Peel off and remove seeds of mangos; cut them into pieces.
- Blend mangos, lemon extract, sugar and water together.
- Pour your mix in the pot. Stir the gelatin in the oven at a low temperature.
- When the gelatin is completely melted, turn the light off and pour them into molds slowly.
- Put it in the fridge and let it set.
NUTRITION
Vitamin C in mangoes removes reactive oxygen species to prevent ageing.
