TIPIf the persimmons are too dried, soak them in water for 5 minutes before blending.

METHOD

  1. Blend the coconut powder finely and set aside in a small bowl.
  2. Blend raisins, dried persimmon, dried apricot with water and sea salt and mix them with the ground coconut powder.
  3. Shape the dough into balls and sprinkle the coconut powder on them.
