Nuts and dried fruits in this fudge provide an excellent chewy taste.


INGREDIENTS

Pecan 200g, Semi-dried persimmon 80g, Raisin 40g, Maka powder 20g

TIP Use the pusher after removing the vacuum cover, vacuum module. Instead of pecans, you can use a variety of nuts like walnuts or almonds.

METHOD

  1. Soak pecans fully in water and put the prepared pecans in a container.
  2. Turn the dial to start blending at low speed, and when the material starts blending to some degree, press the AUTO button.
  3. The materials that come up to the wall of the container are pressed with a pusher and blending.
  4. Add semi-dried persimmons, raisins and maca powder to the pecan powder and press the AUTO button.
  5. Pour the mixture into the square pan; and flatten and shape it into dice.
