Fig300 g, Pear150 g, Green grape150 g, Water110 ml

TIPYou can replace water with regular milk, soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk to provide more nutrients.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the pears. Wash and cut the figs.
  2. Remove all the green grapes from the branches.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
