Fig300 g, Pear150 g, Green grape150 g, Water110 ml
TIPYou can replace water with regular milk, soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk to provide more nutrients.
METHOD
- Remove the stems and seeds of the pears. Wash and cut the figs.
- Remove all the green grapes from the branches.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
