Fig 200g, Pear 200g, Walnut 50g, Milk 200g, Ice cube 50g
TIP The fig contains various nutrients in its skin. Wash and eat them unpeeled.
METHOD
- Let figs be unpeeled. Peel and remove the stems and seeds of the pears and cut.
- Soak the walnuts in water for hours.
