INGREDIENTS
Celery 50g, Cucumber 75g, Apple 100g, Lemon 25g, Banana 150g, Milk 200ml, Ice cube 100g
TIP Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients. Another tip for a cooler smoothie is to blend frozen bananas.
METHOD
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Peel and remove the seeds of the lemons and cucumbers.
- Cut the other ingredients.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
