INGREDIENTS
Strawberry 200g, Banana 150g, Almond butter 50g, Milk 200ml, Ice cube 100g
TIP Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients. Another tip for a cooler smoothie is to blend frozen bananas.
METHOD
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Peel the bananas.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
