Mango200 g, Blueberry200 g, Kale10 g, Apple100 g, Lime20 g
TIPWash the blueberries with water once, put them in vinegar water for about 5 minutes, and rinse 2-3 times.
METHOD
- 1. Peel and pit the mangoes.
- 2. Wash the kale clean and slice it into proper sizes.
