TIPCarrots with deep orange color and thin skin tend to have sweet and strong flavors. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.
METHOD
- Wash the spinach, kale and celery and cut.
- Peel the carrots. Peel and remove the cantaloupe and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones and powder.
